Thank you for your purchases on the site shop.jeanfrancoislepage.com. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
For EU customers - all returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date of receipt of your package(s). All items must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging and shipped, at your own cost, in conditions identical to those of its shipment (for all the original photographic documents: express delivery service with tracking and signature). Please make sure to join a copy of your original order invoice in the package. Pack and seal your item(s) securely. If the item(s) have been damaged during the shipping process, please refer to the EXCEPTIONS section bellow. Thank you.
For NON EU customers, return of items are only applicable if the items have been damage during the shipping process. For more informations please read the EXCEPTIONS section. Thank you.
Before returning an item, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will provide you all the necessary informations.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. You will receive an email confirming your account has been credited once your refund is processed.
For damaged package and products. MOST IMPORTANT, If the package is damaged. Please make a report to the deliveryman and take pictures of the damaged package before opening it. Then if the item(s) is (are) damaged, please take pictures and send them as soon as possible to us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you.
